RESURFACE - PAVING OF PARKING LOT

This project was a resurface. We cleaned entire parking lot of debris. We installed new cape cod berms around entire lot. We emuslsion tac coated and pre leveled entire lot before installing 1 1/2″ of state-top asphalt. All work was preformed while the business stayed open.

STONE FINISH & PAVING OF DRIVEWAY

We removed all unsuitable material and installed dense graded base. We installed 3″ of state-top asphalt over graded base and compacted brown chip stones into half the driveway for a colonial look.

We removed existing driveway. We installed 4″ to 6″ of dense graded base and compacted. Once compacted we installed 3″ of state-top asphalt.

PAVING OF DRIVEWAY

Laitinen Dr. Gardner, MA 01440

This driveway was an add on to the right side and resurface the existing driveway. We removed all unsuitable materials and installed dense graded base. We compacted the graded base before we installed 2″ of 3/4″ binder asphalt to the add on area. We compact the base then install 1 1/2″ of 3/8″ finish asphalt over the binder and existing asphalt.
